My charger stopped working so I sent an email at 7pm on a Saturday, not expecting a response until during the week, but received a reply 50 minutes later offering a free replacement which arrived in no time at all. Worst shaver ever Bought the Lawnmower 5.0 and it is literally the worst shaver you can buy. It pulls and catches hair more than it cuts and especially at this price point would expected way way way better. Company is a total scam, don't waste your money. Go with a reputable company.

Fantastic product + Great customer service The ball trimmer is great, havent cut myself and has been running well for a long time. I accidentally subscribed to one of the monthly plans, they sent the items and it had been delivered and i said it was an accident and they gave me a refund promptly. Fantastic customer service and great products and will continue to buy manscaped products as long as I am still growing hair.

Giving issues. Disappointed Had my manscaped 4.0 for a couple of years now. I use it once a month and it's now started to give me problems. When I turn it on it cuts out after 3 seconds. I have to leave the device alone for a few minutes before it starts working properly. Pretty annoying because generally I want to use it straight away and not have to wait. It's not entirely safe either. I've definitely nicked my skin a few times however I did have the guard off so I'll take the blame for it. It has some decent features like the travel lock mode and the usb c on the charger is convenient also. Pretty overpriced in my opinion for what it is and I'd definitely be trying a different shaver when I next purchase one.
