I’m writing this poor review not on the… I’m writing this poor review not on the product as I’m yet to receive it but the absolute scam that they charge £10 for next day delivery which isn’t actually next day delivery. It’s been two days since ordering the pro package which set me back £145, I’m going away tomorrow so thought I’d spend the extra £10 to receive it next day. Now this is where they get you, the delivery service is the only part that is next day. In fact it’s 1-3 days before they even hand the package to the delivery company! This isn’t next day delivery!!! If you order from any company that states next day delivery you get it the next day, hell I wouldn’t even mind if it came two days later but the fact that it’s not even been dispatched yet after I’ve paid a premium is a joke and a scam!!!

I don’t really understand the bad… I don’t really understand the bad reviews. My husband had a product from Manscaped, it was very good and suited the purpose. It broke after 14 months and they responded promptly, offered a replacement and it arrived very quickly. Absolutely can’t complain about this sort of service.

Giving issues. Disappointed Had my manscaped 4.0 for a couple of years now. I use it once a month and it's now started to give me problems. When I turn it on it cuts out after 3 seconds. I have to leave the device alone for a few minutes before it starts working properly. Pretty annoying because generally I want to use it straight away and not have to wait. It's not entirely safe either. I've definitely nicked my skin a few times however I did have the guard off so I'll take the blame for it. It has some decent features like the travel lock mode and the usb c on the charger is convenient also. Pretty overpriced in my opinion for what it is and I'd definitely be trying a different shaver when I next purchase one.

Where’s my shaver? Ordered a Premium package a month ago, still waiting………….Nothing but blame shifting from customer service. 15/01/2024 Package finally arrived, very happy with the product itself. Good build quality and nicely packaged. Just hope orders get processed more efficiently when I order replacement parts.

Lawn Mover - might as well use tweezers, I'm honestly scared of using this product (I've used it 5 or 6 times only and followed instructions). Weed Whacker - just doesn't work, my cheap Philips unit (that I'll just get another) that worked for many years does a 1000% better job. Haven't bothered to try the crop soother and preserver as I'm just over the whole product experience at this point. Contacted support twice, no real fix provided, now beyond return period so have asked for a refund, let's see how that goes.
