Contacted Manscaped customer service to help me with a replacement order/ to deal with the lost package. Got a response straightaway! Really helpful and friendly! I can highly recommend this company! Good whilst is lasted.... It was a very good product whilst it lasted, but it broke after a couple of months, you expect a much better shelf life for the price they are charging. I have since bought a much cheaper alternative which has outlasted it.

Fantastic product + Great customer service The ball trimmer is great, havent cut myself and has been running well for a long time. I accidentally subscribed to one of the monthly plans, they sent the items and it had been delivered and i said it was an accident and they gave me a refund promptly. Fantastic customer service and great products and will continue to buy manscaped products as long as I am still growing hair.

Giving issues. Disappointed Had my manscaped 4.0 for a couple of years now. I use it once a month and it's now started to give me problems. When I turn it on it cuts out after 3 seconds. I have to leave the device alone for a few minutes before it starts working properly. Pretty annoying because generally I want to use it straight away and not have to wait. It's not entirely safe either. I've definitely nicked my skin a few times however I did have the guard off so I'll take the blame for it. It has some decent features like the travel lock mode and the usb c on the charger is convenient also. Pretty overpriced in my opinion for what it is and I'd definitely be trying a different shaver when I next purchase one.
