Western Bid Courier Service NOTE: THIS COMPANY IS JUST A MESSENGER/COURIER SERVICE. Twice recently I have bought items from an Etsy seller in Ukraine and each time they arrived safely. Yes it's taking longer just now but that's only to be expected. Western Bid aren't at fault for fake/shoddy goods, it's the item seller that's to blame. All these people leaving one star reviews about poor quality items aren't actually leaving them in the right place.

No Reply After Two Packages I Did Not Order From Western Bid I have received two packages from this company that I did not order. They are some kind of leather wire holder. There is a QR code of some seller that I did not order from. I am afaid that the QR code might have a virus on it. I have no record of an order on ETSY or Ebay. I tried to contact Western Bid by phone and text. You can't leave a message. I tried to send email to email found online-No Reply. Sure seems shady to me. Hopefully, I have not been charged for these items.

Disappointed customer Wow! I was going to purchase something through Western Bid but saw their terrible reviews about how their customer service never bothers to respond to legitimate concerns. We were so looking forward to making a big purchase and I had a question on one of the items. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still tried to reach out. As the other reviewer said, no one picked up the phone or responded to my inquiry. This seems to be a common issue with Western Bid. I looked on their company LinkedIn and I don't know how they are a Florida company except their 10 employees are all based in Ukraine. Seems pretty sketchy. I will spend my money elsewhere!

This is a SCAM company This is a SCAM company. I am sorry I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I ordered something from Ukranian site. They send me wrong items which are even defective. I raised this with the seller and they sais they have sent me a similar item. This was shocking!! Now they want me to return the items but refuseto cover the return cost. The items were delivered from Ukraine but now they ask me to send them to USA. The return cost is more than the items. This is now raised with PayPal. Stay away from this company.

During Russia's attack on Ukraine, more than $20,000 was stolen from sellers who entrusted their money to her to send packages to the US. Many don't have internet, she uses it, doesn't respond to messages...... for over a month we can't get our money back, they don't respond Please spread this around as much as you can. Don't mess with looters
