Western Bid Courier Service NOTE: THIS COMPANY IS JUST A MESSENGER/COURIER SERVICE. Twice recently I have bought items from an Etsy seller in Ukraine and each time they arrived safely. Yes it's taking longer just now but that's only to be expected. Western Bid aren't at fault for fake/shoddy goods, it's the item seller that's to blame. All these people leaving one star reviews about poor quality items aren't actually leaving them in the right place.

This is a SCAM company This is a SCAM company. I am sorry I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I ordered something from Ukranian site. They send me wrong items which are even defective. I raised this with the seller and they sais they have sent me a similar item. This was shocking!! Now they want me to return the items but refuseto cover the return cost. The items were delivered from Ukraine but now they ask me to send them to USA. The return cost is more than the items. This is now raised with PayPal. Stay away from this company.

Excellent product/some links to work out 04/18/24 Update on rating and review - so I did finally receive the item and I have to admit that it is of excellent quality and really just very nice. Had I known when ordering that the shipping would take a long time, I think that would have been okay with it. The other thing that frustrated me is that JTNLAB.com who I ordered through (shipped by western bid) says to email/contact them at an email address listed on their website but it doesn’t work. Western bid shipped the product and that was a bit frustrating because their website didn’t show the tracking info for a while and it also doesn’t seem to work on a mobile deviceI just wish both companies would clean these items up - let customer know up front shipping does take a while and get a working email address listed on their website and let people know western bid does not work on a mobile device. In any case I changed my review/review because the product is very nice and it was packaged well and did ultimately arrive so I feel it’s fair to give an update Original review - Normally I check reviews for a company before ordering but unfortunately did not exercise my normal protocol when ordering a weekly wooden pill box. I’ve tried communication with company and the website address showing to what email address to contact and does not work. Tried calling, no answer. Still have not received the item that I ordered on March 16th. Disappointing and not sure I’ll get my money back but I did escalate to PayPal and Western Bid finally responded providing a tracking number that didn’t work for a few weeks. I still have an open case but it has been an unpleasant experience. They have responded to other reviews that they take all these reviews seriously. Obviously not seriously enough because I’m experiencing what many others have.

I recently purchased some wedding decor… I recently purchased some wedding decor from Western Bid, and overall, I'm quite pleased with my experience. While the package did take a bit longer than expected to arrive, the support team was helpful in keeping me updated on the tracking information. And in the end, the package arrived just in time for the wedding! The quality of the decor was outstanding, and it added the perfect touch to our special day. Western Bid I have purchased many, many items from shops located in Ukraine and Russia through Etsy, and ultimately Western Bid. Every single purchase was shipped quickly, and I received EACH AND EVERY one within a few weeks (as noted in the shipping times of the individual shops). I understand that sometimes things happen, and shipping anything these days is taking a chance. After reading all of these negative reviews about Western Bid, I felt I had to at least provide my numerous extremely positive experiences regarding this company.
