GBTHIS IS SCAM COMPANY. BEWARE This is a fraudulent company operating on Etsy, Ebay using PayPal. With many complaints and opened cases. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. REPORT AS SCAM. Details: Etsy Shop: silkstoreuz (Umid Sultanov) one of the operatives for this scam company. Goods ordered almost a year ago, PayPal charged immediately by WesternBid. Wrong goods sent at first, communicated with the seller multiple times, and he promised to re-send the goods. Still almost one year later no goods received. Working with Etsy to remove the fraudulent shop on Etsy operated under this company. Also, when I called PayPal to report this transaction, they said that WesternBid had MANY complaints like this and they will be taking actions as well.

GBDisappointed customer Wow! I was going to purchase something through Western Bid but saw their terrible reviews about how their customer service never bothers to respond to legitimate concerns. We were so looking forward to making a big purchase and I had a question on one of the items. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still tried to reach out. As the other reviewer said, no one picked up the phone or responded to my inquiry. This seems to be a common issue with Western Bid. I looked on their company LinkedIn and I don't know how they are a Florida company except their 10 employees are all based in Ukraine. Seems pretty sketchy. I will spend my money elsewhere!

GBI'd never order from these dimwit ever… I'd never order from these dimwit ever again sent put faulty good an absolute nightmare to get me money back I'd avoid them like the plague this isn't a trusted company to spend your hard earned cash

I note that you have blocked me on Ebay so that I cannot contact you which is very suspicious and ugly of you. Could it be that you are doing it because you have not sent the new prism and you have lied to me? GBPoor communication. I ordered an item through PayPal with these people. They only provided tracking information & notification that the item had been shipped after I raised a complaint with PayPal. Over three weeks after I ordered. No way to run a business.
