Western Bid I have purchased many, many items from shops located in Ukraine and Russia through Etsy, and ultimately Western Bid. Every single purchase was shipped quickly, and I received EACH AND EVERY one within a few weeks (as noted in the shipping times of the individual shops). I understand that sometimes things happen, and shipping anything these days is taking a chance. After reading all of these negative reviews about Western Bid, I felt I had to at least provide my numerous extremely positive experiences regarding this company.

THIS IS SCAM COMPANY. BEWARE This is a fraudulent company operating on Etsy, Ebay using PayPal. With many complaints and opened cases. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. REPORT AS SCAM. Details: Etsy Shop: silkstoreuz (Umid Sultanov) one of the operatives for this scam company. Goods ordered almost a year ago, PayPal charged immediately by WesternBid. Wrong goods sent at first, communicated with the seller multiple times, and he promised to re-send the goods. Still almost one year later no goods received. Working with Etsy to remove the fraudulent shop on Etsy operated under this company. Also, when I called PayPal to report this transaction, they said that WesternBid had MANY complaints like this and they will be taking actions as well.

This is a SCAM company This is a SCAM company. I am sorry I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I ordered something from Ukranian site. They send me wrong items which are even defective. I raised this with the seller and they sais they have sent me a similar item. This was shocking!! Now they want me to return the items but refuseto cover the return cost. The items were delivered from Ukraine but now they ask me to send them to USA. The return cost is more than the items. This is now raised with PayPal. Stay away from this company.

Disappointed customer Wow! I was going to purchase something through Western Bid but saw their terrible reviews about how their customer service never bothers to respond to legitimate concerns. We were so looking forward to making a big purchase and I had a question on one of the items. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still tried to reach out. As the other reviewer said, no one picked up the phone or responded to my inquiry. This seems to be a common issue with Western Bid. I looked on their company LinkedIn and I don't know how they are a Florida company except their 10 employees are all based in Ukraine. Seems pretty sketchy. I will spend my money elsewhere!

I recently purchased some wedding decor… I recently purchased some wedding decor from Western Bid, and overall, I'm quite pleased with my experience. While the package did take a bit longer than expected to arrive, the support team was helpful in keeping me updated on the tracking information. And in the end, the package arrived just in time for the wedding! The quality of the decor was outstanding, and it added the perfect touch to our special day.
