While the package did take a bit longer than expected to arrive, the support team was helpful in keeping me updated on the tracking information. And in the end, the package arrived just in time for the wedding! The quality of the decor was outstanding, and it added the perfect touch to our special day. THIS IS SCAM COMPANY. BEWARE This is a fraudulent company operating on Etsy, Ebay using PayPal. With many complaints and opened cases. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. REPORT AS SCAM. Details: Etsy Shop: silkstoreuz (Umid Sultanov) one of the operatives for this scam company. Goods ordered almost a year ago, PayPal charged immediately by WesternBid. Wrong goods sent at first, communicated with the seller multiple times, and he promised to re-send the goods. Still almost one year later no goods received. Working with Etsy to remove the fraudulent shop on Etsy operated under this company. Also, when I called PayPal to report this transaction, they said that WesternBid had MANY complaints like this and they will be taking actions as well.

Easy Transaction I purchased two carved wooden walking sticks on Etsy. The seller was located in the Ukraine and had dozens of positive reviews. I paid using PayPal; the transaction was facilitated by Western Bid on the Seller's side. I was a little concerned about dealing with the Ukraine, but there were no problems at all. The canes arrived in good time and without any damage. They were as advertised and I'm very happy with them.

Great service and tools for sellers. I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. I work with this company since their foundation (and worked with these people even before this, when they had different name). Nothing to complain at all. Great service, wide choice of useful tools for sellers. The company becomes better every year introducing new tools and options. It seems some people just don't understand what this company do, and accuse it for actions of 3rd parties. Yes, they made some mistakes working with me too. But all cases were solved quickly and honestly. Lost packages were refunded. Wrong packages were re-shipped at their own expense. Actually, I do much more mistakes myself than they do. If you live in real world instead of your perfect dreams, you should admit that Western Bid one of the best (the best in my personal experience) companies in their market niche. I wish prosperity to them and to all their clients and partners!

Poor communication. I ordered an item through PayPal with these people. They only provided tracking information & notification that the item had been shipped after I raised a complaint with PayPal. Over three weeks after I ordered. No way to run a business.
