Details: Etsy Shop: silkstoreuz (Umid Sultanov) one of the operatives for this scam company. Goods ordered almost a year ago, PayPal charged immediately by WesternBid. Wrong goods sent at first, communicated with the seller multiple times, and he promised to re-send the goods. Still almost one year later no goods received. Working with Etsy to remove the fraudulent shop on Etsy operated under this company. Also, when I called PayPal to report this transaction, they said that WesternBid had MANY complaints like this and they will be taking actions as well.
