No Reply After Two Packages I Did Not Order From Western Bid I have received two packages from this company that I did not order. They are some kind of leather wire holder. There is a QR code of some seller that I did not order from. I am afaid that the QR code might have a virus on it. I have no record of an order on ETSY or Ebay. I tried to contact Western Bid by phone and text. You can't leave a message. I tried to send email to email found online-No Reply. Sure seems shady to me. Hopefully, I have not been charged for these items.

Could it be that you are doing it because you have not sent the new prism and you have lied to me? Beware of Western Bid, Inc. Western Bid is actually a rather shady company who acts as an intermediary between primarily Ukrainians and PayPal. The Better Business Bureau gives them an “F” rating. If you buy a product from a Ukrainian seller on the Internet, such as through Etsy, you will not see their company name until you have already paid for the item through PayPal. I bought a Nixie clock on Etsy from one of these Ukrainian so called “craftsmen”. The clock worked for only a few minutes. When both my son and I tried to change the settings in our attempt to get the clock to work, we were both shocked. The shocks resulted in no serious injuries, but when I received my shock, one of the tubes began to melt. It was an obviously defective product that I tried to return to a Florida address that turned out to be that of Western Bid. PayPal refused to give me a refund but I have appealed the decision. If you are thinking about buying a product through Etsy, be very careful or you may get ripped off by these dubious characters who will spend your money while soaking up the sun in Florida.

Excellent product/some links to work out 04/18/24 Update on rating and review - so I did finally receive the item and I have to admit that it is of excellent quality and really just very nice. Had I known when ordering that the shipping would take a long time, I think that would have been okay with it. The other thing that frustrated me is that JTNLAB.com who I ordered through (shipped by western bid) says to email/contact them at an email address listed on their website but it doesn’t work. Western bid shipped the product and that was a bit frustrating because their website didn’t show the tracking info for a while and it also doesn’t seem to work on a mobile deviceI just wish both companies would clean these items up - let customer know up front shipping does take a while and get a working email address listed on their website and let people know western bid does not work on a mobile device. In any case I changed my review/review because the product is very nice and it was packaged well and did ultimately arrive so I feel it’s fair to give an update Original review - Normally I check reviews for a company before ordering but unfortunately did not exercise my normal protocol when ordering a weekly wooden pill box. I’ve tried communication with company and the website address showing to what email address to contact and does not work. Tried calling, no answer. Still have not received the item that I ordered on March 16th. Disappointing and not sure I’ll get my money back but I did escalate to PayPal and Western Bid finally responded providing a tracking number that didn’t work for a few weeks. I still have an open case but it has been an unpleasant experience. They have responded to other reviews that they take all these reviews seriously. Obviously not seriously enough because I’m experiencing what many others have.
