GBcustomer service When you have a complaint They try to blame the buyer of damaging the shocks by clamping them If you do the shocks properly You don't need to clamp Being arguing the case They will not take liability for the shocks failing Will be updated or redacted depending on outcome Will never use this company again

GBStance + Ultra Coilovers, Good Customer Service I ordered a set of stance + Ultra coilovers and had them fitted a year ago. They provide a good ride and plenty of adjustment for lowering the vehicle. I have them lowered all the way which I think may have caused some increased wear but I emailed stance and got a very fast reply with a new set of shocks sent out within a day of emailing

GBTerrible service on a low budget… Terrible service on a low budget product No fitting guide or instructions included or information included at all or available when you contact them They try and blame you damaging products as well Some components don't even fit the right way
