GBGreat suspension Great suspension, works amazing 2 weeks now is on my car I'm very pleased, very good costumer service, they respond in few hours when i had an issue which was resolved. the only reason i put 4 stars is the anti roll drop links bars which i had to replace because the threading was damaged by the secure nut.

GBTerrible service on a low budget… Terrible service on a low budget product No fitting guide or instructions included or information included at all or available when you contact them They try and blame you damaging products as well Some components don't even fit the right way

GBcustomer service When you have a complaint They try to blame the buyer of damaging the shocks by clamping them If you do the shocks properly You don't need to clamp Being arguing the case They will not take liability for the shocks failing Will be updated or redacted depending on outcome Will never use this company again

GBCoilovers bought Coilovers bought, Failed 1 year later, Stanced admit item faulty NO REFUND I Purchased the Stance Ultra Coilovers Suspension Kit BMW E46 Saloon & Coupe (98-05) Petrol from eBay Been fitted for a year and the rear struts have leaked all over my rear suspension causing the rubbers to deteriorate and causing it to fail an MOT. I was forced into replacing them with stock shocks because I needed my car for work. Stanced-UK admit the parts are faulty but refuse to refund me for them. They are meant to be under a 2 year warranty. Stanced-UK will only replace the parts leaving me well out of pocket. EDITED TO REPLY The parts in question are not 18 months old they are 1 year and 2 month. They were purchased on the 4th Aug 2021 and fitted 2 weeks later by a fully qualified BMW mechanic. They never lasted a year because the car failed its MOT in 2022 because of the suspension leaking. I do not want a replacement because I have been forced to replace them already. I have been in touch with trading standards who are looking into the case along with a solicitor who is going to put a claim through the small claims court. I require a refund not a replacement. Your parts leaked and cost me more damage and I have no faith in a product that lasted less than a year and cost me £300 So please can I have a refund so I am not out of pocket. I bought the shocks off you not off stanced so it is you that is responsible not them.
