Fraudulent company Fraudulent company! Never received item that ordered back in September! I contacted them multiple times! & bbb even contacted them too with no response! Don’t buy anything from them!

Is This Thing On It took me over 30 yrs of marriage (due to great sex) to venture on to toys. When I did purchase, I couldn't even figure out how to turn the darn thing on. Grace from customer service PATIENTLY walked me through all my ignorance. I'm forever grateful to have a first time experience with AMAZING GRACE!

I would rate this as zero if option… I would rate this as zero if option available. I placed an order 09/09. Received one item. I've left numerous voice messages and haven't received a single reply. I then had PayPal open a case and this company still haven't responded.

I’m definitely coming back for more I ordered my first product from ellaparadis back in September to try out the website and was extremely surprised at how smoothly the process went. I was able to track my shipment the entire way and was extremely happy with the product and its quality. Not only have I bought more products regularly but this is now my favorite online shopping experience! They also have great customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

Read these reviews before ordering! Scam! Like many others, I placed an order on September 13. I received one (the cheapest) of three items in the order and the tracking on the website has said “preparing to ship” for several weeks now. The emails I’ve sent have bounced back. I’ve received no response from the texts and several messages left. I will be reporting it as fraud to my credit card and to the BBB as they have kept my money without providing me with the items I purchased. Definitely feels like a scam.
