Thinking we’re getting scammed! I placed an order on September 4th–order #1000680872. Still haven’t gotten any sort of shipping confirmation. I contacted their customer service team two weeks ago asking to cancel and get a refund since nothing had shipped yet and they got back to me the next day saying they’ll refund me if they confirm my package has not left their fulfillment center. Two weeks later, no word from them, no shipping confirmation to show that anything has left a fulfillment center, and now their email doesn’t even exist–emails bounce back when you try to contact, always says “undeliverable”.

I'm glad I found Ella Paradis! There are many sites for adult toys/wellness, I'm glad I found this one. I was attracted to Ella Paradis because of their website and pricing. I found exactly what I was looking for (and some things I wasn't looking for lol!). I reached out to customer service about tracking my order, the person I was chatting with was super helpful. Turns out my package was arriving that day. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Read these reviews before ordering! Scam! Like many others, I placed an order on September 13. I received one (the cheapest) of three items in the order and the tracking on the website has said “preparing to ship” for several weeks now. The emails I’ve sent have bounced back. I’ve received no response from the texts and several messages left. I will be reporting it as fraud to my credit card and to the BBB as they have kept my money without providing me with the items I purchased. Definitely feels like a scam.

I usually never write reviews I usually never write reviews, but I got the OSE 2 a couple weeks ago and it’s literally changed the game for me. I usually bought just random toys but after this purchase I realized how much quality can totally make the difference, I honestly can’t put it into words. After OSE 2 I definitely plan on trying some more toys from Ella Paradis!

Mixed-Products and Customer Service are good I have ordered a few times and had a very pleasant return experience, but I placed my last order on July 13th and was not shipped till late July, for August 2nd delivery now pushed to August 5th(it went from Florida to Arizona and is now in Missouri. I live in Massachusetts.) The products so far have been good, no issues, so as long as you don't mind waiting...
