Not even 1 star If I could rate this seller lower I would. I placed an order on 9/14/22 order # 200095163. To date I have not received a shipping confirmation. I have called multiple times, going to voice mail with no return call. I have attempted to email yet the email no longer works and their website says they are not taking orders. It seems they are not shipping them anymore either. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and they have failed to respond to that as well. I want a full refund.

Read these reviews before ordering! Scam! Like many others, I placed an order on September 13. I received one (the cheapest) of three items in the order and the tracking on the website has said “preparing to ship” for several weeks now. The emails I’ve sent have bounced back. I’ve received no response from the texts and several messages left. I will be reporting it as fraud to my credit card and to the BBB as they have kept my money without providing me with the items I purchased. Definitely feels like a scam.

I'm sure the stuffs great but the… I'm sure the stuffs great but the company states that no refunds can be done because they are so quick to pack stuff up and send off but it takes 10 BUSINESS DAYS to actually get your order packed up...I do not recommend because I was told 2-3 business days and nothing.

Great Site, Great Products Order a few items from Ella Paradis and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. First off I got a great deal on some top quality items that tend to run on the expensive side. The pricing was much better than any of the major sites I checked. My order was shipped quickly, carefully and arrived within a few days. All the products were as advertised. I highly recommend the site to anyone who's curious about it.

A Bat Mobile looking failure of a toy! This is not a bad review on the company "Ella Paradis" service was super fast, but the product "Men Vibration masturbator" is very disappointing. It's as if they never had a male test the thing before selling it. Maybe the inventor had an extra motor from a vibrator and decided "we'll do this batmobile looking gadget, guys will like this". Three tries and not so much as an erection, even with porn. It's more like a fantasy inhibitor, and that's not cool for $50.
