I didn't get it I don't really know... The mail service Said they delivered the package, but i never recieved it.

Never received my order. When I first ordered, I emailed the company with some questions about my order, but I never got an email back. I never received my straw or a refund.

THEY DID NOT SEND IN MY ORDER AT ALL AND TOOK MY MONEY (I have recpits and everything) I had bought an 18 dollar straw (rose gold) for my girlfriend's birthday, I have made this purchase in November and haven't gotten my order yet still, and it's January 2021. AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY, I have left 2 emails and yet no response or anything. This website is a complete joke and scam and a waste of time. Literally DISASIFIED and will not be doing any business with them.

Unless I somehow missed it Unless I somehow missed it, I didn’t get a notice that my order was shipped. It took a little longer to reach me than expected, but the quality and packaging (nicely designed straw holder!) made up fir it.
