I still have not gotten them and it’s… I still have not gotten them and it’s been more than 7 business days

I never received my order I never received my order. Then I placed a second order and never received that either. So now I’m down approx $50. I have no straws. If they ever appear, I will have 3 straws delivered, two with the same color, which is not what I wanted. I sent an email regarding this situation and a reply or confirmation was never sent back. Very unprofessional.

I didn't receive the product I didn't receive the product, and I didn't get a refund. I also wrote an email and sent the Instagram DM as well, but I cannot receive any reply. I ordered in August 2020.

Never received my order. When I first ordered, I emailed the company with some questions about my order, but I never got an email back. I never received my straw or a refund.
