Never received my order. When I first ordered, I emailed the company with some questions about my order, but I never got an email back. I never received my straw or a refund.

Delivered but haven't gotten the package! I ordered a telescopic straw and I have recites and everything. I ordered it in August 2020 and they're saying it got delivered but I haven't got it. I tried to mail them lots of times without any answer at all. This is totally ridiculous.

Terrible Ordered them on November and they never sent me my items. Emailed them for 2 months and never get a reply back and won’t send me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous

Great environmentally-friendly products! Was looking for a way for my family to cut back on its plastic consumption. My kids love using straws but I wanted to find something reusable. Came across Save The Turtles on Google and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Delivery was delayed a few days, but that was understandable with the holiday rush. Will definitely be back for more reusable items in the future!
