Terrible Ordered them on November and they never sent me my items. Emailed them for 2 months and never get a reply back and won’t send me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous

Order never received! I ordered a package of reusable grocery bags on November 30th, with the intent for them to arrive before Christmas. As of December 24th, I still had not received the package - it had not even been dispatched! I sent an email to customer service inquiring where my package is. I got no response. I sent a follow up email a week later, and still no one responded! This is ridiculous. I still do not have my package. They gladly took my money and did not send me the item. I will never be ordering from them again.

Package didn't arrive. Package didn't arrive. Tracking says that due to the package not having a correct phone number or address on it (which I did submit correctly at checkout) teh package would most likely be sent back to sender. There is no costumer service or support on the website to try figure out what can be done.
