GBCustomer service was great ! My husband and I ordered a blanket for our oldest daughter, Upon getting the blanket we got the wrong item. I contacted customer service right away to let them know of the issue and they responded promptly and said our blanket replacement would be sent. I was worried that it would still be wrong because we changed the wording on the end a bit. We received the replacement exactly as we asked.

GBNO RESPONSE I have emailed at least 5 times, wanting to know WHY my order shows it's in NY waiting to be picked up by USPS since DEC 7TH?!!! THEY DON'T REPLY AT ALL, if someone would at least ACKNOWLEDGE the receipt of my email, say you're looking into, something but do NOT ignore me

GBThis is a total scam This is a total scam. I have my order #, email address and receipt. They claim it doesn’t exist, but they sent me a shipping number that was created on 12/6, it’s been sitting in Flushing, NY waiting to be shipped. They don’t respond to emails for order status.

GBI love my tumbler! It took some time to receive my tumbler, but that's expected with special orders. I bought it for my new positionat work so I could stop bringing water bottles everyday, and I absolutley love it! I have a pittie at home that's is the best girl ever, and this cup shows I'm an advocate for the breed!
