GBI ordered from this store three weeks … I ordered from this store three weeks ago and was charged instantly however I haven't received any tracking information and when I try to look up my order on their site there's no info or record of the # they gave me. I've emailed them twice and sent their fb messenger a message and haven't gotten any response. I basically waisted my $.

GBI ordered an Anbu Black Ops cloak along… I ordered an Anbu Black Ops cloak along with Naruto shoes. My shoes arrived in tact , and recieved that my Anbu cloak order was cancelled. On top of the dissapointment, i was sent a sweater that costs nearly $30 less than the item i ordered. No REFUND. Did not ask if i wanted a replacement product, they did not even refund me the difference in price. I am disputing this with my bank. First time ordering from them and customer service is a joke, what a dissapointment. No one answers my calls or emails. Basically, i feel like they frauded me with my money!

GBNever shipped my order I ordered 2 costumes, total order was $80. After 2 weeks and I had still not gotten any shipping notifications, I tried to contact them to ask about it. I got the order confirmation email and they damn sure charged me for it. But I can't get a reply to my emails or online submissions. I've found two different phone numbers for them, 1 on hokagestore.com and the other on the FB page. Neither number works.

AUAll my naruto orders fit me nicely All my naruto orders fit me nicely. I didn't think the whole size guide ritual thing would actually bring me great, accurate sizes. I thought at some point I still would encounter errors, but none of that happened. I recommend hokage store!
