Never shipped my order I ordered 2 costumes, total order was $80. After 2 weeks and I had still not gotten any shipping notifications, I tried to contact them to ask about it. I got the order confirmation email and they damn sure charged me for it. But I can't get a reply to my emails or online submissions. I've found two different phone numbers for them, 1 on hokagestore.com and the other on the FB page. Neither number works.

They are a middle man shop that does not carry merchandise, rather they just take your money and send the product via a seller on AliExpress. If you want knockoff versions, go to AliExpress and get it for 1/4 the price of Hokage Store. -- In response to Hokage: If you claim to "create the products" as "high-quality replicas", then you guys make some garbage, because the item arrived broken, missing accessories, and horrible paint job. I wish I could post pictures here and show what Hokage Store considers "high-quality". Just state on your website that the items are knockoffs if you are so proud of it. Anyone providing a positive review, look at the item you bought from Hokage and search for it on AliExpress, guarantee you will always find it 1/2 price or cheaper. That is Hokage's business model.

Dropship shop for AliExpress selling bootlegs I have been scammed by this shop, and I have credit card records and emails to prove it. The packaging the product was shipped in is labeled from a seller in China, not Hokage Store, which proves Hokage is a dropship business selling fradulent product. Now Hokage Store has reported my honest review in hopes of getting it removed, which I think, my review protects other shoppers from being scammed. I have email documentation of the purchase as well as Hokage admitting that the product is fake, but to get a refund I would have to ship the item back at my own expense, as well as remove my reviews of their shop from various sites. Easy Google search will show Viz Media (who owns licenses to many bootleg products sold by Hokage Store), filing DMCA cease and desist against this shop. I am hoping to protect other buyers against being scammed like myself. Please do not remove my review.
