GBIF NO ORDER FULFILLMENT--WILL FILE COMPLAINT Based on the submitted responses from other customers, relative to the reputation of this company, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, as well as the Atty Gen office, Consumer Protection Div, for fraudulently accepting monetary payment, with no intent to contractually fulfill goods or services. My story is no different than others identified here. Ordered merchandise on 7-5-2020, received confirmation, confirmed receipt of processing payment, 4 emails to help/customer service, and as of this date, NO RESPONSE or REPLY.

GBOrder not received Ordered a t shirt 6 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Sent email direct and also via website but no acknowledgement. Not impressed.

GBI was very disappointed with the… I was very disappointed with the quality of the print. The paint was horribly smelly. Colours were very bad and did not show the names properly. Delivery and the contact was good. But the quality of the t shirt didn't match the high price which was charged.

NZDangerous driver, fruit loop! Travelling on the motorway in the lane next to this company. We attempted to change lanes, clearly the woman driving has issues. Every time we speed up or slowed down to change lanes safely, she speed up or slowed down. We ended up driving 138km and then had to put our foot down to get into the correct lane. Stuffed in the head and dangerous!

CHDisappointed as f*** I ordererd a mug for my husband on July 6th, received an order confirmation the same day. And then: nothing, absolutely nothing. Contacted your customer support on August 1st to ask for an approx. arrival date of my order. No answer until today. Then I wrote again, directly via the form on the website, and I still haven't received a reply or my product. I'm super upset, and I definitely won't recommend this shop to any of my friends or colleagues.
