GBHorrible customer service I have ever… Horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve sent multiple emails, chat request and left several voice mails to get instructions to return an a dress. No one has responded to any of my request. They only offer store credit which is fine at this point but the quality of the clothes is horrible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE IT IS A SCAM!

GBDon’t order with them Don’t order with them. You have to fight to get your money back, long after the merchandise you don’t like was returned. Awful customer service. All the responses are automated and not pertaining to your individual situation.

GBI purchased a 100.00 jumpsuit on Jan… I purchased a 100.00 jumpsuit on Jan 11th for my best friends birthday party this weekend and the tracking still says “order placed” I’ve reached out twice now and have not gotten a response at all. This is terrible customer service I would never recommend buying from this place. Total scam. I will be filing a fraudulent charge to my bank.

GBAlmost a month to actually ship product and only shipped after trying to cancel order. After waiting weeks with no shipping info, I emailed them through their website at the service email shown on the website. Still have not received a response to date. Emailed info address also on website. Still no response to date. Googles a phone number but could only find the number for a storefront in California. Called and spoke with someone to find out where our order was and to cancel since it won't arrive in time for the event it was ordered for. Within hours, I received an email that it just shipped...FROM CHINA! I sent at least four emails and text messages (as directed through the Shop App) to find out status and when after a week of no response, attempted to cancel the order. Only then did they ship. We had to buy something else from another source.

GBI hope my daughters dress come by… I hope my daughters dress come by tomorrow 4-14-23 It’s her prom and she’s been stressing, the girl in the Santa ana, Main Place Mall shop said it should come hasn't yet. Yeah I paid for express shipping and was told UPS delivers so it should be here by today the 13th. 2days ago My daughter called a she said their original method of delivery had changed she didn’t know why, so there taking longer 😑 I pray it’s here and everyone else waiting gets theirs to. Not good business practices, and girlfriend working the shop. you should be honest with delivery times, makes you look flaky and unprofessional, Don’t go down for your owners, not worth it. Praying for all you waiting on thier dress…. blessings🙏🏼😊
