Super disappointed by the service Super disappointed by the service. I ordered a dress for my baby shower and it just didn’t meet my expectations. I looked over their site multiple times and I just couldn’t find a dress for me. I asked for a refund and they stated I can receive in store credit ONLY. Really upsetting when I know I won’t buy anything from them so pretty much I just wasted my money. As a first time customer, I am disappointed and would not recommend unless you are 100% sure about your purchase.

DON'T DO IT PEOPLE....ITS A… DON'T DO IT PEOPLE....ITS A SCAM.....bought the dresses.....no invoice for return, no REAL address for return.....THANK GOD I paid with paypal...I have some type of recourse to get some money back.....The site promised me that the dress would come in a week....it took two and I missed my New Year's Eve Party. Yep, now I'm stuck trying to return two sizes of a dress I never even opened.....I should know better.

I have tried to reach out through email and my emails have been blocked. I have tried calling and no one answers and mailbox is full. If I could choose a negative start I… If I could choose a negative star I would. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experience. I’ve sent multiple emails and attempted to contact via chat option for a return process. I have not received ONE response aside from their automated messages which is extremely unhelpful. I spent almost $300 and the ONLY offer store credit which is not appropriate as their clothing is so expensive and the event I needed the outfit for has passed. I have no use for any other outfits the offer. The order was not shipped on time, I had to download an app to track the order. I can’t find a customer service phone number to dispute this. I can’t get a response from the store. They don’t even provide clear a clear return process, where to ship the items to. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
