GBI purchased a 100.00 jumpsuit on Jan… I purchased a 100.00 jumpsuit on Jan 11th for my best friends birthday party this weekend and the tracking still says “order placed” I’ve reached out twice now and have not gotten a response at all. This is terrible customer service I would never recommend buying from this place. Total scam. I will be filing a fraudulent charge to my bank.

GBWonderful Wonderful Prices are affordable, clothes are cute and decent quality, sizing is on point and delivery is usually even quicker than estimated. Love it! Only wish there was free shipping after spending x amount of money.

GBAvoid this company PLEASE! Worst decision ever! I bought a dress from this company, a black and gold sequin dress, back in November 2023. The dress was not as advertised; it looked cheap, had horrible material, and did not fit. $139, and it should not be more than $30. I contacted the company, and after multiple attempts, they sent me an address to return the dress and pay my return fee. I returned this dress through the post office on 12/11/2023. I bought it through Affirm and was surprised when Affirm claimed they had not been paid. I told them I returned the dress, and they told me to contact the merchant. This company will not respond to messages via the "Contact Us" page. So, I went to the BBB, who could not find the company or even elicit a response from them. I sent them another message. I want this company to send my money back, and I will file a claim in small claims court against them.

GBAlmost a month to actually ship product and only shipped after trying to cancel order. After waiting weeks with no shipping info, I emailed them through their website at the service email shown on the website. Still have not received a response to date. Emailed info address also on website. Still no response to date. Googles a phone number but could only find the number for a storefront in California. Called and spoke with someone to find out where our order was and to cancel since it won't arrive in time for the event it was ordered for. Within hours, I received an email that it just shipped...FROM CHINA! I sent at least four emails and text messages (as directed through the Shop App) to find out status and when after a week of no response, attempted to cancel the order. Only then did they ship. We had to buy something else from another source.
