GBI WAS very excited about my order (big mistake) I was very excited about my order. I bought 2 dresses for a total over $100. I inquired by email twice and called numerous times where I had left two messages and I have not had any response from the Faeriesty Team. If I don't see that my order has shipped within the 15 business day time frame I will dispute the charge with my bank as fraud. The horrible customer service is inexcusable for a company with such a large following on social media and many positive reviews. I fully expect someone to reach out, but if not, I have every intention of making this a big deal. $100 is not a small amount of money.

GBWonderful Wonderful Prices are affordable, clothes are cute and decent quality, sizing is on point and delivery is usually even quicker than estimated. Love it! Only wish there was free shipping after spending x amount of money.

GBI ordered a bridesmaid dress from… I ordered a bridesmaid dress from fariesty and apparently it got delivered but I never received it so I contacted customer service and they didn’t do anything about it. All they said was it said it was delivered and they were going to check with the post office but they never got back to me about anything else. I’ve never ordered from here and I’m really disappointed because I’m on a budget as is for this wedding and now I’m out of a dress when I really depended on this. My roommate was home so no way it was delivered to the door and I came home an hour after I got the notification it was “delivered” to check my apartment mail box and nothing was in there so the post office man definitely put it in the wrong mail box. It just shows they only care about the money and don’t refund or send you something new when something wrong happens. I never write bad reviews but I’m extremely upset about this and want to give a warning to everyone.

GBIf I could choose a negative start I… If I could choose a negative star I would. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experience. I’ve sent multiple emails and attempted to contact via chat option for a return process. I have not received ONE response aside from their automated messages which is extremely unhelpful. I spent almost $300 and the ONLY offer store credit which is not appropriate as their clothing is so expensive and the event I needed the outfit for has passed. I have no use for any other outfits the offer. The order was not shipped on time, I had to download an app to track the order. I can’t find a customer service phone number to dispute this. I can’t get a response from the store. They don’t even provide clear a clear return process, where to ship the items to. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBAlmost a month to actually ship product and only shipped after trying to cancel order. After waiting weeks with no shipping info, I emailed them through their website at the service email shown on the website. Still have not received a response to date. Emailed info address also on website. Still no response to date. Googles a phone number but could only find the number for a storefront in California. Called and spoke with someone to find out where our order was and to cancel since it won't arrive in time for the event it was ordered for. Within hours, I received an email that it just shipped...FROM CHINA! I sent at least four emails and text messages (as directed through the Shop App) to find out status and when after a week of no response, attempted to cancel the order. Only then did they ship. We had to buy something else from another source.
