I blame myself I blame myself. I know how bad they are and yet I still went back and used them again. Surely it is also my fault that they delivered late, and that they delivered the wrong items. I’m sure it’s also my fault that they don’t seem to be able to issue refunds in a timely manner. I mean, it must be my fault as no service company could be such useless, inept and pathetic failures could they? Somewhat unsurprisingly, NowNow’s (Noon) response was to send them an email detailing the issue and they would look into it. I won’t waste the wear on my keyboard as before writing the review I had sent 4 emails to the same email address they suggest, and amazingly, all were ignored.

The worst customer service I ever experienced They send a shampoo instead of a apple watch, they took my money never been refound. I will never imagine to go trough this situation the amount of stress. Nothing it's been done from their side a sincerely advice everyone not to use noon anymore and after reading and understanding that this been happen to other people to. I will escalate this issue to ministry of economy and report this to the police. Its unbelievable how come in 2024 I company this big can treat their customers this way.

Struggling to return an item I lodged a return request for an item on March 10th, but there has been no communication or action taken since then. Despite making numerous attempts to contact them, I keep receiving the same response that they will raise a complaint and it will be resolved within 48 hours, but nothing has been done.

Bad service Bad service! They deceive customers, they always deliver wrong items and would not acknowledge the wrong items they delivered even if it is already obvious as per the photos sent to them. They would not replace the items instead offer a refund that would take 5 to 7 business working days, so for the customer to get annoyed and just leave it. Very inconvenient for the customers who are expecting and has plans to use the item they ordered urgently. This Noon simply playing tricks to keep your money with you having the wrong items.

Don't order from noon if you value your sanity. Their customer service is the best in the industry at being the worst. Just get rid of the entire department.
