AEStruggling to return an item I lodged a return request for an item on March 10th, but there has been no communication or action taken since then. Despite making numerous attempts to contact them, I keep receiving the same response that they will raise a complaint and it will be resolved within 48 hours, but nothing has been done.

AEYou would have get my 5stars but only… You would have get my 5stars but only one issue that i ordered galaxy s21 brand new and it came wth the cable not working because I wanted to charge the phone after changing the cable it started charging but everything was wow noon...the best

AEPathetic service! Pathetic service! Order delayed for an hour still not delivered and I spoke to Three customer service agents only to receive the same automated reply that "my order is on the way" and that they won't refund if I cancel... Incompetent, terrible, and frustrating. Just canceled my subscription with them for Noon One

INThe worst customer service I ever experienced They send a shampoo instead of a apple watch, they took my money never been refound. I will never imagine to go trough this situation the amount of stress. Nothing it's been done from their side a sincerely advice everyone not to use noon anymore and after reading and understanding that this been happen to other people to. I will escalate this issue to ministry of economy and report this to the police. Its unbelievable how come in 2024 I company this big can treat their customers this way.
