Order delayed for an hour still not delivered and I spoke to Three customer service agents only to receive the same automated reply that "my order is on the way" and that they won't refund if I cancel... Incompetent, terrible, and frustrating. Just canceled my subscription with them for Noon One

the worst online shopping site A fraudulent company. I bought a mobile from them, and I found it opened & used before, and the screen was changed.i discovered it When I changed the back cover, When I sent it to them, they informed me that they were not responsible because the Samsung warranty period had expired, which had already expired before I bought the phone. I sent them a screenshot from On the Samsung website, the warranty expired two years before the date of purchase, and of course, after nearly 12 emails, they answered me that I would be compensated with 100 dirhams out of the amount of 1,486 dirhams, which is an amount that does not buy a charger, knowing that the price of the screen is 1,200 dirhams. Therefore, I will reject this amount and recommend to give it as abonus to the employee who will reply to my emails daily equal to the phone price of 1486 dirhams and the bad rating they will receive until the total rating drops to 0, which they actually deserve.##1252563##
