AEBad service Bad service! They deceive customers, they always deliver wrong items and would not acknowledge the wrong items they delivered even if it is already obvious as per the photos sent to them. They would not replace the items instead offer a refund that would take 5 to 7 business working days, so for the customer to get annoyed and just leave it. Very inconvenient for the customers who are expecting and has plans to use the item they ordered urgently. This Noon simply playing tricks to keep your money with you having the wrong items.

AEDon't order from noon if you value your sanity. Their customer service is the best in the industry at being the worst. Just get rid of the entire department.

AEStill one of the worst service Waited my ordered food for more than half an hour and when the rider came my food was spilled everywhere! I immediately contacted the support and I was told it will get sorted out and I'll get a call within 40mins! The rider said that the new food will arrive in 10mins. Of course nobody contacted me after 40mins and my food was still not delivered!!!!!!I contacted the support and the same sh!t i was told "wait for 40mins"! These people are clowns. It is better to talk with chatgpt than deal with these robots.

AEI filed a warranty claim, they broke my scooter and returned it back I have handed over the scooter to noon team on 19th March in a perfect condition for a warranty claim. The battery was just overheating while using it during day time, therefore I returned it to noon for warranty claim. On 14th April, I have received the scooter with its screen broken and the back wheel is punctured! That is beside lots of scratches all over the scooter body. It worth mentioning that I received a phone call from the warranty claim team few days after picking up the scooter, they told me that the scooter is working but the back wheel is out of air. At that time I didn’t think that the situation is as shown in the attached images. I thought that the wheel leaked some air during transportation and I told them to proceed with fixing the battery issue. However later one, the service center refused to fix it which I now understand after I saw the damages on the scooter that I am sure it had happened during noon transportation or in your stores. At the end, when I filed a complaint for the above, they replied saying sorry we can’t help you!!! I will never buy anything from noon again and strongly advise people not to do.

AEI just ordered nescafe coffee and it… I just ordered nescafe coffee and it was combo promotion and suddenly when they delivered it was only 1 pc. What a cheater. Noon minutes is a cheater promotion.
