You would have get my 5stars but only… You would have get my 5stars but only one issue that i ordered galaxy s21 brand new and it came wth the cable not working because I wanted to charge the phone after changing the cable it started charging but everything was wow noon...the best

The worst customer service I ever experienced They send a shampoo instead of a apple watch, they took my money never been refound. I will never imagine to go trough this situation the amount of stress. Nothing it's been done from their side a sincerely advice everyone not to use noon anymore and after reading and understanding that this been happen to other people to. I will escalate this issue to ministry of economy and report this to the police. Its unbelievable how come in 2024 I company this big can treat their customers this way.

Bad service Bad service! They deceive customers, they always deliver wrong items and would not acknowledge the wrong items they delivered even if it is already obvious as per the photos sent to them. They would not replace the items instead offer a refund that would take 5 to 7 business working days, so for the customer to get annoyed and just leave it. Very inconvenient for the customers who are expecting and has plans to use the item they ordered urgently. This Noon simply playing tricks to keep your money with you having the wrong items.

cheating company very bad experience related to this company very bad customer service if there's zero star i will put it.i emailed them over 15 email's & the problem still unsolved & the they promise to call me back & of course don't happened in addition to thier low quality products & not typical as described even the seller is noon itself . this complain regarding noon uae the worst of all

unbelievably bad unbelievably bad. The driver called me but I was otherwise engaged in the bathroom. The order was cancelled because I didn't answer. I messaged the help centre and they just told me if the driver cant confirm the address by phone they leave and cancel the order. What if I was on a serious call? What if I wasn't with my phone at that point. This was a so called " rocket" order. ie same day! I needed what I ordered today! terrible terrible terrible service from all involved.
