AEBad service Bad service! They deceive customers, they always deliver wrong items and would not acknowledge the wrong items they delivered even if it is already obvious as per the photos sent to them. They would not replace the items instead offer a refund that would take 5 to 7 business working days, so for the customer to get annoyed and just leave it. Very inconvenient for the customers who are expecting and has plans to use the item they ordered urgently. This Noon simply playing tricks to keep your money with you having the wrong items.

GBunbelievably bad unbelievably bad. The driver called me but I was otherwise engaged in the bathroom. The order was cancelled because I didn't answer. I messaged the help centre and they just told me if the driver cant confirm the address by phone they leave and cancel the order. What if I was on a serious call? What if I wasn't with my phone at that point. This was a so called " rocket" order. ie same day! I needed what I ordered today! terrible terrible terrible service from all involved.

GBI blame myself I blame myself. I know how bad they are and yet I still went back and used them again. Surely it is also my fault that they delivered late, and that they delivered the wrong items. I’m sure it’s also my fault that they don’t seem to be able to issue refunds in a timely manner. I mean, it must be my fault as no service company could be such useless, inept and pathetic failures could they? Somewhat unsurprisingly, NowNow’s (Noon) response was to send them an email detailing the issue and they would look into it. I won’t waste the wear on my keyboard as before writing the review I had sent 4 emails to the same email address they suggest, and amazingly, all were ignored.
