Hope Been on here for 1 week. I am highly educated and have an excellent employment history and experience, skills, etc. I'm hoping this is a legit place to get hired, but if I don't receive even 1 acknowledgement from any of the 20 applications I have been qualified for within a reasonable amount of time, I'm going to have to move on. There are a lot of reviews here from employers saying how wonderful the platform is, but who are they hiring?

Too difficult to read resumes The formatting of the resumes was so awful I couldn’t read half of them. Their software would cause huge misspellings (like accounting and bookkeeper) and the formatting would place columns on top of each other making the resume not legible. When I asked about it I was told it was a known issue and I could email my rep and ask for a better copy each time. I passed on many great looking candidates because I’m not taking the extra time for that. I did not feel like TMP was concerned about how they were presenting their talent to employers or that it was something they were urgently trying to fix. It was very unprofessional and I will not be using TMP for additional job searches.

It was not a scam for me. I have to start by saying that I had no idea what to expect with The Mom Project when i applied to one of their open positions but I have been pleasantly suprised. I interviewed with the outside company then received multiple follow ups from The Mom Project reminding me to send thank you to the interviewer and basically keeping me posted. I got the offer for the job about 2wks after interviewing. So far so good. Only annoying thing is that I start as a 1099 contract employee so I have to pay taxes on the back end

The Mom Project supported The Mom Project supported me in learning Platform App Builder and sponsored for my certification. I am willing to Project Management and in process to reaching out to them for the same. And I am sure that I will receive their help for the same. Many moms like me who are willing to upskill should reach out to them. They are very responsive and responsible in supporting us in every way they could. Kudos to the team.

I initially had an issue with the… I initially had an issue with the billing from a contractor I hired through the Mom's Project. But immediately my MP representative, Leslie, took care of it. My experience has been great and the talent has been equally phenomenal. I'm very impressed!
