False advertising First online order from them. There was several items at good clearance prices. Their website said in stock. Placed order and started receiving emails that they were cancelling many of the items because of no inventory. Looked again at website and those items still showed in stock. Called customer service and even emailed customer service. Got the generic we're sorry, but no action to get me those items. I will never order from them again. No concern at all that they are committing false advertising and do not care about return business.

Horrible customer services!!! The only thing I purchased from this Company was tires. My light indicator came on so I ask Justin a manager to take a look and tell me what was wrong. The indicator needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and put in. I was so surprised to get a text message hours later to tell me about a vehicle inspection report. Most business ask you if you want it or not. However, the manager never ask and the report was done. After reviewing the reviews on this place of business I see why it only gets one star. “run Run RUN”, and don’t look back

Employment at blains traverse city Worked at the service center. Peter Robert the district manager is the reason there is no staff there. He thinks $16 an hour is a fair wage for a certified mechanic. Won’t budge on wages and constantly tell employees that they already aren’t worth that. I would recommend not spending your money at blains as they only care about profits and not the people that make them the profits. You get wrote up if you say otherwise

Took my truck in here to just get an… Took my truck in here to just get an alignment after I replace the ball joints upper control arms and inner tie rods. When it came out and it was done the traction control light came on the ABS lights on now. This is the problem with these mechanic shops making sure that they can throw these codes so that way you can come back and get it fixed. These lights were not on when they entered their facility

Does not take COVID precaution Blains Farm and Fleet does not enforce customers or staff to wear masks. It is not safe to shop here. When I inquired, the customer service manager said, “We take our direction from corporate—not the state. It’s not our job to police staff and customers.” This was the Elgin Illinois location. Won’t shop at Blains anymore—they don’t care. They actually laughed at us regarding our concerns.
