GBI have had an issue since January and… I have had an issue since January and it's now mid March. Their President, manager of customer service and a Director over Broadcast Marketing didn't feel that a customer, that has tried to resolve an issue since January, was important enough to contact me back. In the five years I shopped at this store, I have had issues and Blain's never seems like they know how to address customer concerns. They just don't seem to be trained. I had issues with their lack of staffing and then wasted time with them trying to find someone, when multiple attempts had me walking back and forth to the paint department several times and no one ever came. I had issues with their pet groomers and when you escalate to the corporate office, they use excuses, believing they can do nothing to help if they speak politely. They cannot. Their Owner / CEO, President and corporate office staff feel that they can ignore issues, as they apparently feel they make enough revenue with the way they treat customers. I will never be back to any of Blain's stores again.

GBWhere's the inventory? Can't buy from an underassorted store. More so now than previously, I'm noticing some significant inventory shortfalls at my local Blain's. Entire shelves empty of merchandise, or in-stock/on display so limited it gives the appearance that the store is going out of business. Certainly hope vendors are being paid on time and aren't holding back replenishment items . . . F & F has always been one of my favorite stores, but something seems amiss lately.

GBDoes not take COVID precaution Blains Farm and Fleet does not enforce customers or staff to wear masks. It is not safe to shop here. When I inquired, the customer service manager said, “We take our direction from corporate—not the state. It’s not our job to police staff and customers.” This was the Elgin Illinois location. Won’t shop at Blains anymore—they don’t care. They actually laughed at us regarding our concerns.

GBTotal corprate lack of customer service Wanted information about why I was not getting my rewards points. Could not get an answer from on-line system. Sent a letter to president and got an email from head of customer service claiming she had answered my question. Total lies.

GBSent the wrong item ... refused to pay return postage .... just cancelled the order ... I ordered an 2 item they advertised got a similar Items for which I have no use , paid $11.55 postage to return the item and they just cancelled the order . Never offered to refund the return postage I requested or supply the the correct items ....BTW they have the worst phone service I have ever experienced - very low volume and so much static noise I could not even carry on a conversation .... I tried repeatedly with same result.
