GBBloomington Location Disappointments The Bloomington location is consistently a poor experience. All of the employees act like they don’t want to be there. They are also quick to quote rules and seem fearful of management. I always see employees wandering around ignoring customers while people line up at the service center or the one open checkout. How about jumping behind the counter to help now and then? I’ve had several run ins with the service center about tires, batteries etc. Always an excuse not to help you. It makes me sad, I appreciate the niche they fill but if they keep this up, I don’t see it ending well.

GBYardmax model# yb6770 snow blower Bought this to replace my tired single stage snow blower. What this snow blower offers with its hand grip warmers, headlight and cup holder and overall performance, expect to pay hundreds more for a competitors equivalent model. It was fun and fairly easy to assemble. I expect this machine to last for many years but if I do need parts I know Farm and Fleet will have at can get what I need.

GBWhere's the inventory? Can't buy from an underassorted store. More so now than previously, I'm noticing some significant inventory shortfalls at my local Blain's. Entire shelves empty of merchandise, or in-stock/on display so limited it gives the appearance that the store is going out of business. Certainly hope vendors are being paid on time and aren't holding back replenishment items . . . F & F has always been one of my favorite stores, but something seems amiss lately.

GBDoes not take COVID precaution Blains Farm and Fleet does not enforce customers or staff to wear masks. It is not safe to shop here. When I inquired, the customer service manager said, “We take our direction from corporate—not the state. It’s not our job to police staff and customers.” This was the Elgin Illinois location. Won’t shop at Blains anymore—they don’t care. They actually laughed at us regarding our concerns.

GBIncompetent shipping Ordered Christmas ornaments from this company and they were just dropped in an envelop with no padding and mailed, needless to say they were all broken or damaged. The hoops we are jumping through now to get reimbursed is unreal. This company is not customer friendly and obviously incompetent with shipping.
