Recent switch from JazzHR We just finished our Lever implementation. We switched from JazzHR. Overall things went very smoothly, despite our implementation specialist leaving the company a week before our go-live date. Ally, our new IS was great and kept things moving. She gave us add'l time where needed and made sure our implementation went and smoothly as possible,

Ally and the team made the process… Ally and the team made the process smooth and seamless from our weekly meetings, and being fully available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Ally even offered to help with a team webinar to train our owners on the system. I highly recommend Lever to any company that is looking for a very user-friendly applicant tracking system. Our owners have adjusted very quickly, and even let us know that they like the new change and have seen a great volume of candidates coming in.

Tom's willingness to go above and beyond and answer all of our questions during our implementation (sometimes multiple times over) has made this a truly stress-free change for our organization. Highly recommend Lever! 3. With our old process, the problem we ran into was that it was hard to collaborate with each other . As we scaled, we knew we needed a new solution and Lever was an easy choice. I've never seen the team so responsive and thorough in their use of an ATS before. If you want a seamless process and architecture that even your developers will appreciate, without spending a fortune, Lever is by far the best option. Major shoutout to Sabrina Baron. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout our implementation.
