Tom was so helpful throughout the entire implementation process, from taking on our concerns about the platform to showing the team how to use each feature. I personally asked Tom multiple questions after we went live and he was patient and kind and always found the answer even if it wasn't possible.

Lever hands down is the best ATS out… Lever hands down is the best ATS out there. We decided to switch from Greenhouse since it was lacking reporting and customization features. What I love most about Lever is that its user interface allows to see actual pipeline and reports can easily be sent to hiring managers. There's no manual extracting, which makes everyone's life easier. Also, less clicking around in Lever and truly candidate focused.

Lever has an implementation plan in place that they share with you and can modify per your organization's needs. The team at Lever is receptive to learning feedback for future software updates.
