Lever is a great ATS - functional and cost effective Tom made our experience flawless. He was a great implementation specialist and project manager. We had tight timelines for launch and he helped us achieve what we needed to, at every step of the way. Lever's scheduling tool has made a massive difference to our manual intervention needs and it's seamless integration with Gsuite has been a game changer.

Ally and the team made the process… Ally and the team made the process smooth and seamless from our weekly meetings, and being fully available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Ally even offered to help with a team webinar to train our owners on the system. I highly recommend Lever to any company that is looking for a very user-friendly applicant tracking system. Our owners have adjusted very quickly, and even let us know that they like the new change and have seen a great volume of candidates coming in.

Lever delivers on its promises! We transitioned to Lever from a previous ATS, we were looking for more functionality and a wider range of features for reporting purposes. Mary, our implentation specialist, was absolutely amazing. We had weekly calls with Mary, who walked us through a different Lever feature, answered every question, assisted greatly in mapping our historical data over, and was avalible via email for my team whenever they needed her. Understanding the system and being guided during the process was so valuable - the Visual Insights (reporting) has allowed us to view data in ways we've never been able to before. Scheduling is also SO much easier, the Recruiting team has nothing but wonderful things to say about how user friendly the plattform is. We've also began using candidate experience surveys, to boost our candidate experience, and are planning to utilize additional features offered down the road. I feel Lever has quickly and truly become a part of our core systems, anytime I have a question Lever support is so helpful and fast as lightning to answer.

Booster Project Tom M was super helpful with our booster project. He was very clear and made sure to answer all of our questions in a timely manner if he wasn't sure of the answer himself. He was very kind and ran through processes to a point where we were never confused. He was super transparent and honest throughout our entire experience.

Implementation perfectly handled Tom was really helpful and gave us all the insights we need for this Lever Implementation. Really worth it !
