We have just started using Lever but… We have just started using Lever but our implementation was so easy (even with the move from a different ATS). We love the reporting functionality and the user interface. It's much cleaner than our previous product and we already love working within the system. Huge shoutout to our Implementation Manager who really guided us along the way and was awesome to work with!

Tom for the win with Lever Our experience was great because our implementation specialist, Tom Marino, was fabulous! Tom was so helpful throughout the entire implementation process, from taking on our concerns about the platform to showing the team how to use each feature. I personally asked Tom multiple questions after we went live and he was patient and kind and always found the answer even if it wasn't possible.

Lever hands down is the best ATS out… Lever hands down is the best ATS out there. We decided to switch from Greenhouse since it was lacking reporting and customization features. What I love most about Lever is that its user interface allows to see actual pipeline and reports can easily be sent to hiring managers. There's no manual extracting, which makes everyone's life easier. Also, less clicking around in Lever and truly candidate focused.

Recent switch from JazzHR We just finished our Lever implementation. We switched from JazzHR. Overall things went very smoothly, despite our implementation specialist leaving the company a week before our go-live date. Ally, our new IS was great and kept things moving. She gave us add'l time where needed and made sure our implementation went and smoothly as possible,

Ally even offered to help with a team webinar to train our owners on the system. I highly recommend Lever to any company that is looking for a very user-friendly applicant tracking system. Our owners have adjusted very quickly, and even let us know that they like the new change and have seen a great volume of candidates coming in.
