GBNo response from customer service I placed an order on 8/7 and received part of it in a timeley fashion (the tags), however another item (the collars) was on backorder. I was not given an estimated date that it would be available (although I was still charged for them) and have emailed the OvernightPetTags TWICE to inquire about this with ZERO response.... Perhaps my review will grab their attention.

GBFrauds - Don’t Buy from Overnight Pet Tags This company should be required to change their name, go out of business, or investigated by the BBB. Simply put, they lie and defraud customers. Delivery of tags is NEVER overnight, and in many cases weeks. They continue to stay in business because order amounts are not high enough to warrant customers effort to get refunds or push a case forward. This company doesn’t care about customers, or when they get their items, or anything but order volume to make a buck, ironically getting thousands of customers to buy into the “overnight” delivery suggestion. They are a fraudulent company operated by low lifes in Frisco Texas. They suck.

GBNothing over night about this company Nothing over night about this company! I placed my order on January 15, received a tag for someone at the other side of the country on January 25- sent multiple emails and was told the correct tag would be sent January 31. Ordered from another company, received my tag in a few days (it's the right one and much better quality.) My advice is spend a few dollars more and get what you paid for- I'm still waiting almost a month after placing my order. BTW- I sent the tag to the address on it so hopefully someone else got the right tag- on my stamp. UPDATE-February 22, 2018- STILL NO TAG!!!!

GBBuyer Beware I placed an order on 8/21/2017 for 200 tags to use for our foster dogs in our rescue and still have not received the tags or a status update. I have used this company before and not had any issues. I have been trying to reach them for the last 3 weeks with multiple emails, phone calls, FB messenger, and even through their website and haven't received a response. We are a small non-profit and every dollar matters and now it appears that I will have to order tags from another company because I can't get anyone from this business to reply in any form.

GBI paid an extra $7.95 shipping fee to… I paid an extra $7.95 shipping fee to have my purchase in 2-3 days. I paid the extra because I needed it at a certain time. When I didn't receive the item on the expected date, I emailed them in which they stated someone would get back to me within a few hours. I did not hear back from them at all. I asked for a refund on the extra payment I made. I did not receive a refund nor a return email. I will never use this business again.
