The tag and print was considerably … The tag and print was considerably smaller than showed on site, also the color was already beginning to rub off and print was barely legible. Also they didn't provide enough space to add that my dog was microchipped. Very dissatisfied, I am going to have to order a new tag from a different site.

Good product and FAST process! The product and delivery time are excellent. It's such a simple process it's almost hard to believe it's possible but it is. Placed my order for a stop sign style tag for my new rescue and just a few days later it was in my mailbox exactly as advertised. I would absolutely recommend this company and product line to anyone interested in it.

No response from customer service I placed an order on 8/7 and received part of it in a timeley fashion (the tags), however another item (the collars) was on backorder. I was not given an estimated date that it would be available (although I was still charged for them) and have emailed the OvernightPetTags TWICE to inquire about this with ZERO response.... Perhaps my review will grab their attention.

I have emailed several times, attempted to use the live chat and left several voicemail message with no acknowledgement. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to try and get my money back. I really tried to give company a chance.
