USWish I would have read the reviews BEFORE Wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE placing my order. Yes, I believe they are scammers. Order placed 9/29/18. No order, no response to phone calls (4), etc. They should be charged with online fraudulent business practices. I have contacted Amazon to make them aware of Overnight Pet Tags business practices as they are sellers on Amazon. Amazon has assured me they will investigate.

USNothing over night about this company Nothing over night about this company! I placed my order on January 15, received a tag for someone at the other side of the country on January 25- sent multiple emails and was told the correct tag would be sent January 31. Ordered from another company, received my tag in a few days (it's the right one and much better quality.) My advice is spend a few dollars more and get what you paid for- I'm still waiting almost a month after placing my order. BTW- I sent the tag to the address on it so hopefully someone else got the right tag- on my stamp. UPDATE-February 22, 2018- STILL NO TAG!!!!

USI ordered 2 tags for my new kitty and … I ordered 2 tags for my new kitty and they arrived promptly. I really like them, the laser etching looks really nice. The problem was that the last digit of my phone number was not there. I emailed Overnightpettags and didn't hear back from them for several days. I re-sent my email and finally heard back that they would correct the error. That was a week ago; the replacements have still not arrived. Nice product, but D- on both quality control and customer service. Will email again Monday.

USProofreading and customer service … Proofreading and customer service improvement needed - The last digit of my phone number was missing from the tag I ordered (the info provided to them was correct). Took 3 emails to get a response and over 2 weeks to get the corrected tag.

USBuyer Beware I placed an order on 8/21/2017 for 200 tags to use for our foster dogs in our rescue and still have not received the tags or a status update. I have used this company before and not had any issues. I have been trying to reach them for the last 3 weeks with multiple emails, phone calls, FB messenger, and even through their website and haven't received a response. We are a small non-profit and every dollar matters and now it appears that I will have to order tags from another company because I can't get anyone from this business to reply in any form.
