USMy tag came with someone else's info… My tag came with someone else's info on it. I contacted the vendor 4 times but got no response from them. Only when I issued a dispute with my credit card and Paypal was I able to get a refund. Not a good experience.

USIf I could enter a negative number I … If I could enter a negative number I would. I placed an order on September 5th and still have not received it. I have emailed several times, attempted to use the live chat and left several voicemail message with no acknowledgement. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to try and get my money back. I really tried to give company a chance.

USI never received my order or a response I never received my order and I never received a response from this company after three requests to find out what happened to my order. I would give them zero stars if that were an option. I called and emailed - no response. But this is my second request to review them for some reason...

USThe tag and print was considerably … The tag and print was considerably smaller than showed on site, also the color was already beginning to rub off and print was barely legible. Also they didn't provide enough space to add that my dog was microchipped. Very dissatisfied, I am going to have to order a new tag from a different site.

USGood service and decent quality collar … Good service and decent quality collar and tags. However, the white spaces on the tag were very wide and the lettering very small. Using a different font with narrower margins would have resulted in more readable lettering on the same size tags.
