Avoid and go elsewhere Waste of time. Ordered one thing and sent another as a supplement and took the ball I ordered off the website. Then went on to say it was my fault. Looking at the other unsatisfied customers someone needs to shut this store down. Customer service help line are arrogant and only communicate when they want to.

Quality and selection I have had a number of orders over the years. Great quality and great selection. In November, I ordered a bunch of gear for gifts. Product was delivered quickly and everyone was pleased with their gifts. The RWC ball and USA Rugby "Raise the Flag" hoodie were huge hits, and I had to order more of both!

Lost package, stolen items, no response Order 4 tops to wear to a semi-final - package was opened, and items were missing, so we refused delivery at the advice of the postal service. Contacted customer support; after 1 initial response, we've heard nothing. We leave for Paris in 2 days and have no top and no refund. How on earth this is acceptable for the official shop is beyond me. Very disappointed and looks like I'm not alone.

Great shorts, will definitely order more. I ordered some rugby shorts and they arrived more quickly than I even expected, fit great (I’m between a medium and small and went with medium), and are excellent quality. I look forward to wearing them for many practices and games to come.

My second order with these guys My second order with these guys. Sent my Dad an All Blacks Cap for his birthday. Arrived two days earlier than Kristy said it would. Sort of ruined the surprise for Dad which is why I dinged them a star. But cap is authentic adidas and Dad loves it. Wearing it every day. Highly recommend World Rugby. Well done.
