GBOrdered from this company spending a… Ordered from this company spending a significant amount of money. Waited a month for delivery, still no sign of the item. It is extremely disappointing service. Asked for a phone call to discuss it - did not happen. Please do not waste your time with them, there are plenty of other options.

FRLost package, stolen items, no response Order 4 tops to wear to a semi-final - package was opened, and items were missing, so we refused delivery at the advice of the postal service. Contacted customer support; after 1 initial response, we've heard nothing. We leave for Paris in 2 days and have no top and no refund. How on earth this is acceptable for the official shop is beyond me. Very disappointed and looks like I'm not alone.

AUAvoid and go elsewhere Waste of time. Ordered one thing and sent another as a supplement and took the ball I ordered off the website. Then went on to say it was my fault. Looking at the other unsatisfied customers someone needs to shut this store down. Customer service help line are arrogant and only communicate when they want to.

USGreat service as usual My new shorts arrived quickly and item size discription was accurate. As always World Rugby Shop delivered, will use again for any future rugby gear or gift needs.
