GBExcellent Customer Service Experience Placed an order and quickly realized I forgot to add an item. Reached out to customer service and QUICKLY got a response. Since I ordered through Facebook I was told I would need to order the additional item from the website and they would refund me the shipping. I did and very soon after I got an email from Kristy (who was awesome) saying they were able to include all the items in one package, it was on its way, and she refunded me the shipping from second purchase. Phenomenal experience and I will be ordering from them again and again and again….

GBOrdered from this company spending a… Ordered from this company spending a significant amount of money. Waited a month for delivery, still no sign of the item. It is extremely disappointing service. Asked for a phone call to discuss it - did not happen. Please do not waste your time with them, there are plenty of other options.

GBIt was a wonderfully simple online… It was a wonderfully simple online shopping experience. Good high quality pictures of the items I was looking at purchasing and not too many hoops to jump through, just found the item I wanted and put it in the cart and checked out with reasonably priced shipping. Item arrived on time and was Great!

MCBrilliant ! Brilliant !! Ordered shirts for recent game in South of France - was worried re trans-Atlantic delivery. No problem. Asked questions of Customer Service - very responsive and helpful. All arrived spick and span. Will re-order and use again.

GBMobile Website Upgrades... The website on my iPhone needs to be updated a bit, it looks a wee bit dated, and navigating on a 6S in landscape mode needs to be smoother. I know, I am the lone person on the planet who uses the phone in landscape mode but I find it offers a better experience when viewing websites or apps. So excited for this weekend!
