Excellent Customer Service Experience Placed an order and quickly realized I forgot to add an item. Reached out to customer service and QUICKLY got a response. Since I ordered through Facebook I was told I would need to order the additional item from the website and they would refund me the shipping. I did and very soon after I got an email from Kristy (who was awesome) saying they were able to include all the items in one package, it was on its way, and she refunded me the shipping from second purchase. Phenomenal experience and I will be ordering from them again and again and again….

Mobile Website Upgrades... The website on my iPhone needs to be updated a bit, it looks a wee bit dated, and navigating on a 6S in landscape mode needs to be smoother. I know, I am the lone person on the planet who uses the phone in landscape mode but I find it offers a better experience when viewing websites or apps. So excited for this weekend!

Lost package, stolen items, no response Order 4 tops to wear to a semi-final - package was opened, and items were missing, so we refused delivery at the advice of the postal service. Contacted customer support; after 1 initial response, we've heard nothing. We leave for Paris in 2 days and have no top and no refund. How on earth this is acceptable for the official shop is beyond me. Very disappointed and looks like I'm not alone.
