GBTotal and utter bunch of irresponsible… Total and utter bunch of irresponsible thieving dishonest money grabbing jokers. Bought tickets for arsenal match that was played behind closed doors in lockdown. They have taken 4 months to respond and finally told me I had no chance of getting a refund so needed to speak to my bank. I mean, are you actually having a laugh?? You took my money. Where is it? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! You will be able to get match tickets through much better avenues and agencies.

GBGive these guys a wide berth. I purchased what I knew to be overpriced tickets for the final game of the PL season several weeks ago. This afternoon, 48 hours before the game, I got an email saying that the game was now sold out and therefore my order was being cancelled. What a con! A 25% additional credit against future purchases is as much use as a chocolate teapot - why would I want to use them again. A few weeks ago it wasn't certain whether certain games would be title deciders. Now the chance of obtaining a ticket is probably zero. Don't use these people

ES1 star because 0 wasn’t an option Does anyone know the collection point in Madrid for tickets??? They’ve just cancelled our tickets for the Champions League Final the day before the match while we’re already in Madrid having spent so much to get here. Anyone with any info on how to get in contact with someone from the company please help!!

GBRipping us off is their whole business model As others have pointed out, their business model is simple: They use our money to buy tickets on resale sites themselves and then sell them to the highest bidder at the last minute and cancel all existing orders. Then they take weeks to refund. All the time they're using our money to fund their business. There are other resale sellers out there with tickets who'll dispatch immediately - use one of them. Don't give these guys the satisfaction.

GBMassive Scam My dad bought some tickets from this website for a Southampton vs Man Utd game. Tickets are massive marked up, which wasn't the biggest issue except for the fact that it was expected to arrive via post. Turns out we had to print out the tickets. On further examination the tickets had two random names on, of which seems like someone could've duplicated and sold multiple "tickets" for the same spot. The fact that the website domain was registered in panama also sends off several alarms as well. This website is a way to exploit older folk and those who aren't tech savvy to realise this is a scam.
