They gave us four seats not next to each other ever though we booked together and I payed 600 pounds please stay away they ruined the family trip to the stadium and they said it's not their problem when i called them what a disappointment Worst customer service ever beyond horrible

Worst purchasing experience 1 Star is already too much!!!!! Poor purchasing experience, poor customer service, poor quality in the overall. Do not buy event tickets from this website because of the headache and the hassle caused. Basically this website doesn't allow cancellation before the event and are forcing you to buy again from them since they only "offer" credit... Do not buy tickets at hotfootballtickets.com because: - Do not refund if you want to cancel - Offer credit but you can only 25% for other purchases,, meaning that you must give them more money - terrible & rude customer service - not sure you receive the tickets you have bought

Just awful Just awful. Paid a lot (my fault). Communication awful from person who was meant to deliver. Messed us around saying he’d meet us one place then texted another. and gave us unbelievably bad view tickets after paying top price. Absolutely never again with hotfootball tickets. Not worth it what’s so ever. You are totally in the hands of the seller and the fortune they make. Huge regret.

Brilliant!! Having read some negative reviews I was quite nervous but bought tickets from them all the same. How surprised I was when from the onset communication started coming through keeping me posted every step of the way. I had to collect my tickets close to the stadium and this too was arranged to the finest details and all worked out brilliantly. Well done to the guys and I will most certainly use them again!
