Just awful Just awful. Paid a lot (my fault). Communication awful from person who was meant to deliver. Messed us around saying he’d meet us one place then texted another. and gave us unbelievably bad view tickets after paying top price. Absolutely never again with hotfootball tickets. Not worth it what’s so ever. You are totally in the hands of the seller and the fortune they make. Huge regret.

Just back from Liverpool v Roma… Just back from Liverpool v Roma champions league semifinal. Best nite of my life. Had reserves about booking with Hot football tickets. Turned out they are first class. Regular communication by email and text to keep us up to date expected delivery of tickets. Tickets delivered to hotel night before game as promised. Great seats. Thank you Hot Football tickets.

They gave us four seats not next to each other ever though we booked together and I payed 600 pounds please stay away they ruined the family trip to the stadium and they said it's not their problem when i called them what a disappointment Worst customer service ever beyond horrible

Ripping us off is their whole business model As others have pointed out, their business model is simple: They use our money to buy tickets on resale sites themselves and then sell them to the highest bidder at the last minute and cancel all existing orders. Then they take weeks to refund. All the time they're using our money to fund their business. There are other resale sellers out there with tickets who'll dispatch immediately - use one of them. Don't give these guys the satisfaction.

Be aware. Terrible customer service Be aware. Online chat on website is terrible, useless. Phone numer provided by website, good luck, no answer for days, u can't leave emergency message on as voicemail is full. No response to emails. Spend over £450 for champions league tickets and one day b4 game still haven't got tickets. Never again
