good service eventually I ordered a EFL Cup Final Ticket from Hot Football Tickets. And although I had little response to e-mails phone calls asking when I could get ticket,even at one time being told I might have to pick ticket up near Wembley. Hot Football Tickets e-mailed me to say ticket sent by 'special delivery' The ticket duly arrived two days before the game. So one happy supporter off to Wembley, thanks Hot Football Tickets. As for the result well we (Saints) were cheated!

Received an e-mail stating a delay.........no news so phoned up. Greeted by some half wit who explained they were "cancelling" the tickets at that point but couldn't understand that I was annoyed I'd had to phone to find out! Despite not using any foul or abusive language the operative hung up on me! Wish I'd have told her to f@@@ off!

Do not buy event tickets from this website because of the headache and the hassle caused. Basically this website doesn't allow cancellation before the event and are forcing you to buy again from them since they only "offer" credit... Do not buy tickets at hotfootballtickets.com because: - Do not refund if you want to cancel - Offer credit but you can only 25% for other purchases,, meaning that you must give them more money - terrible & rude customer service - not sure you receive the tickets you have bought

Just back from Liverpool v Roma… Just back from Liverpool v Roma champions league semifinal. Best nite of my life. Had reserves about booking with Hot football tickets. Turned out they are first class. Regular communication by email and text to keep us up to date expected delivery of tickets. Tickets delivered to hotel night before game as promised. Great seats.
