I would give a zero if I could I would give a zero if I could. I’ve been waiting since October for a refund of 132.00€ Im totally disgusted at this company. I’ve ordered 100s€ in merchandise and to be totally blown off on an item I returned and requested a refund. They’ve confirmed it was received but still no money.

Poor Quality Ordered 3 items by size that fits me. All of them were skin tight too small. I was able to return 2 of them. The 3rd item was custom which is non returnable which was disclosed on the website prior to ordering. Quality of material and printing was poor, cheap. Spent $60 for something I am unable to ware. Lesson learned. I will be sticking with a local sports store moving forward this way I can try items on before ordering.

received a wrong size boston redsoxs… received a wrong size boston redsoxs hat ,tried to return it ,but fanatics is charging me shipping and taxes,. from 27.35 i'm receiving 10.35 ,can you beat that ripoff. Having to pay taxes twice and shipping. That to all buyers are foreign business practices,but they've lost mine!!!!!!!!

Wouldn’t change the size on a shirt… Wouldn’t change the size on a shirt !!!!!1111 They sent the a hat with fake size I ordered a 7/78 and I know the size very well . This one is way to small This was a gag gift so we didn't mind that the quality was pretty awful- cheap, thin material, weird sizing. Because we needed it sooner, I went ahead and ordered a size larger. Didn't fit. Material is cheap and ugly and the actual product does not look anything like the pictures on-line. I went on Facebook and did research and I found this help ᵉⁱᵍʰᵗ⁴ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ𝓈𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 𝓉𝓌𝑜 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝒻𝒾𝓋𝑒the company admitted that the product was crap it was nothing like in the picture at all the company customer team was very friendly and efficient so much so that the whole process was painless and resolved within an hour I certainly won't be using them again. CHEAP GOODS Would not reccomend Fanatics brand anything.

Extremely disappointed in them these days I've used them in the past but now I feel like they just take orders and use people's money like interest free credit. It's been since Dec 5th that I ordered 3 items. I call earlier this week and they said I'd recieve an email from UPS with updated tracking since Landmark only transports to customs when coming into Canada. I never recieved an updated tracking and I just called again and now they tell me they will reissue an order for two of the items and a refund for the 3rd because it's now out of stock. It's been o er 2 weeks and I'm just finding this out now??? @Fanatics @Lids - Get it together. You charge good money for the products you sell so give your customers the service they deserve.
