GBI have not been this disappointed I have not been this disappointed by a retailer in many years, I can not explain how poor this service is. Three week delivery forcast for a commercially available product which still couldn't be met. Customer service is all automated so you can not speak with a human being and a replay back via email basically said, if you don't like it, cancel your order. Please do not use this retailer for any future business, terrible.

GBGreat jersey I ordered a custom carolina hurricanes 🌀 jersey. It was really nice. I love it. Makes me want to go to Raleigh for a game. While I'm there gonna show off the jersey and maybe get some barbecue. Thank you. Go canes!!!!

GBI ordered a jersey for my husband for… I ordered a jersey for my husband for Christmas on December 14th. It was in stock when I ordered it and it said it would ship by December 21st. I received an email on December 19th (5 days later) stating that my order can no longer be fulfilled as this item is out of stock. I’m not sure why it takes 5 days to tell me something isn’t in stock. Awful experience and now I’m scrambling to find another gift for my husband for Christmas.

GBThis company is dog **** This company is dog ****. I bought a hoodie on line and when I tried to return it because it was too small, I was told it wasn't eligible for return because it was "custom, game worn, or final", which means their "Return's 365" policy is bull**** too because it's not custom and came to us just like it was on line, it certainly wasn't worn (and wont be) because it doesn't fit. I guess it's just not eligible for return because it falls under the "final" category. Nice company. It'll be my last bought with them.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service! I will never buy from this company again! Their ad says they ship within 4-5 days which is a lie! It’s been 11 days and haven’t ever gotten a reply from my emails. Do not buy from this company!
