GBSCAM!!!!… Ordered a present for my husband and paid for expedited shipping. Their tracking is through a app called shop. My item can not be tracked. I asked for a refund. First email they offered a 5% hahaaaaa! Now they are not responding! 83$ thrown away! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SCAM!

GBWouldn’t change the size on a shirt… Wouldn’t change the size on a shirt !!!!!1111 They sent the a hat with fake size I ordered a 7/78 and I know the size very well . This one is way to small This was a gag gift so we didn't mind that the quality was pretty awful- cheap, thin material, weird sizing. Because we needed it sooner, I went ahead and ordered a size larger. Didn't fit. Material is cheap and ugly and the actual product does not look anything like the pictures on-line. I went on Facebook and did research and I found this help ᵉⁱᵍʰᵗ⁴ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ𝓈𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 𝓉𝓌𝑜 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝒻𝒾𝓋𝑒the company admitted that the product was crap it was nothing like in the picture at all the company customer team was very friendly and efficient so much so that the whole process was painless and resolved within an hour I certainly won't be using them again. CHEAP GOODS Would not reccomend Fanatics brand anything.

GBSCAM SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Ordered and was sent tracking to be delivered NOV.30 it arrive (BS) in Smyrna, TN on Nov18 and here it is Dec.1 and still in Smyrna, TN!! Have NO IDEA who the carrier is and customer service just says to wait 2-3 more days....for 8 days they've been telling me this. Thankfully I used PayPal and git my money back.

GBI have not been this disappointed I have not been this disappointed by a retailer in many years, I can not explain how poor this service is. Three week delivery forcast for a commercially available product which still couldn't be met. Customer service is all automated so you can not speak with a human being and a replay back via email basically said, if you don't like it, cancel your order. Please do not use this retailer for any future business, terrible.

CAExtremely disappointed in them these days I've used them in the past but now I feel like they just take orders and use people's money like interest free credit. It's been since Dec 5th that I ordered 3 items. I call earlier this week and they said I'd recieve an email from UPS with updated tracking since Landmark only transports to customs when coming into Canada. I never recieved an updated tracking and I just called again and now they tell me they will reissue an order for two of the items and a refund for the 3rd because it's now out of stock. It's been o er 2 weeks and I'm just finding this out now??? @Fanatics @Lids - Get it together. You charge good money for the products you sell so give your customers the service they deserve.
