USSCAM SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Ordered and was sent tracking to be delivered NOV.30 it arrive (BS) in Smyrna, TN on Nov18 and here it is Dec.1 and still in Smyrna, TN!! Have NO IDEA who the carrier is and customer service just says to wait 2-3 more days....for 8 days they've been telling me this. Thankfully I used PayPal and git my money back.

GBI have not been this disappointed I have not been this disappointed by a retailer in many years, I can not explain how poor this service is. Three week delivery forcast for a commercially available product which still couldn't be met. Customer service is all automated so you can not speak with a human being and a replay back via email basically said, if you don't like it, cancel your order. Please do not use this retailer for any future business, terrible.

USI ordered a jersey for my husband for… I ordered a jersey for my husband for Christmas on December 14th. It was in stock when I ordered it and it said it would ship by December 21st. I received an email on December 19th (5 days later) stating that my order can no longer be fulfilled as this item is out of stock. I’m not sure why it takes 5 days to tell me something isn’t in stock. Awful experience and now I’m scrambling to find another gift for my husband for Christmas.

DEWhen you order a piece of cloth and its… When you order a piece of cloth and its not as descriped and completely wrong sized so you decided to send it back and it costs you more than half the original price ! , i think there is no need write here more, should i ? Thank Companies like this, i have decided to stop buying clothing online, i will go then in person.

USHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Bought a gift for someone who wears Small-medium, ordered medium. Didn’t fit, zipper broken. Exchange a nightmare, can’t connect with service. Got a large, zipper broken-still too small. Now Fanatics claiming I owe $9.99 for return. Inferior products, DO NOT BUY FROM FANATICS.
