I bought a hoodie on line and when I tried to return it because it was too small, I was told it wasn't eligible for return because it was "custom, game worn, or final", which means their "Return's 365" policy is bull**** too because it's not custom and came to us just like it was on line, it certainly wasn't worn (and wont be) because it doesn't fit. I guess it's just not eligible for return because it falls under the "final" category. Nice company. It'll be my last bought with them.

Not confidence inspiring at all Not confidence inspiring at all. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering twice. Delivery times are very slow. Ordered 10 days ago and that order hasn't arrived. My order with 3 items got split into 2 separate packages...nobody asked for that. I only have 1 tracking nr. for 1 order in 2 different packages. The tracking for all orders hasn't worked. There is no service email, they tell you to write an essay on some dodgy unprofessional page. Never again.

Extremely disappointed in them these days I've used them in the past but now I feel like they just take orders and use people's money like interest free credit. It's been since Dec 5th that I ordered 3 items. I call earlier this week and they said I'd recieve an email from UPS with updated tracking since Landmark only transports to customs when coming into Canada. I never recieved an updated tracking and I just called again and now they tell me they will reissue an order for two of the items and a refund for the 3rd because it's now out of stock. It's been o er 2 weeks and I'm just finding this out now??? @Fanatics @Lids - Get it together. You charge good money for the products you sell so give your customers the service they deserve.

Cheap products I will tell you that fanatics has excellent designs and often really great deals... unfortunately that’s where it ends in pluses for the products. Most printed shirts are cheap and crack quick. If it’s a stitched logo don’t; for the love of god, dry it after washing cause it’ll shrink weird and the logo will become wavy. Regardless of size. Hats are VERY cheaply made. Honestly you’re better off going to Mitchell and Ness or 47design and paying a little more. You will regret it if you don’t.
