But I post here for a recent visit to Lids (“a fanatics experience” with the Lids logo) where I no joke saw two obvious DHgate knockoffs (Dak and TJ Watt) HANGING FRONT ROW for sale. I told the clerk and he didn’t know any difference. But I just laughed, that’s fanatics for you. Just absolute trash.

I received an email on December 19th (5 days later) stating that my order can no longer be fulfilled as this item is out of stock. I’m not sure why it takes 5 days to tell me something isn’t in stock. Awful experience and now I’m scrambling to find another gift for my husband for Christmas.

I’ve ordered 100s€ in merchandise and to be totally blown off on an item I returned and requested a refund. They’ve confirmed it was received but still no money.

Three week delivery forcast for a commercially available product which still couldn't be met. Customer service is all automated so you can not speak with a human being and a replay back via email basically said, if you don't like it, cancel your order. Please do not use this retailer for any future business, terrible.
