Great Customer Service, quick delivery They didn't have the Lucasi I origially ordered, but notified me the very next morning and they were able to help me find a nicer cue for about the same price. It was delivered 3 days after I placed the order even with the Lucasi being out of stock. Very quick and reaponsive customer support. Will order from this company again and suggest to friends.

This is a bit of a story, but I ordered a new Meucci Casino-7 in spades with an uncoated wrap. Unfortunately when it arrived it was the wrong model. I contacted BudgetCues and worked with Julia. She and her whole team made everything right without missing a beat. I was able to get the original cue out the door the same day she and the team contacted me.
