We really enjoy our Priority Current bikes I purchased two Priority Current bikes though Costco online at an extremely low price given the features on the bikes. I added a bike racks and extended range batteries. I had dozens of questions, and Priority customer service answered all of them promptly (usually within 15 minutes)! The bikes arrived with no issues, like missing parts and all tools required for assembly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and there are video instructions online if needed. I was hesitant buying online, but Priority made it easy. The quality of the bikes is top notch and we really enjoy riding them.

High quality bike High quality bike, delivered mostly assembled. I bought the Continuum Onyx about 4 months ago and have been using it for my short commute to work (about 4 miles one way). I put a rear rack to use with a pannier bag. The assembly instruction videos on YouTube are mighty helpful.

The people at Priority Bicycles are increddible Priority Bicycles not only has great products (bikes) but they are incredibly responsive. I placed an order with them and received a "right" mirror when I ordered a "left" mirror--I contacted them and them immediately corrected the error.
