USGreat E-bike Great company and customer service. Great E-bike ! We have two other E-bikes and this one is by far the best one we own. Love the belt drive and internal shifting. I had a slight issue with the bike and customer service was no less than amazing. I rate the bike a 10 and customer service a 12.

AUInternational support +++++ International support +++++. I've ordered and had Priority bikes delivered twice - all the way to Australia and New Zealand. On the one occasion the bikes didn't arrive in perfect running order, the Priority support service were 100% behind their products and those of their component suppliers, and remedied everything. They are a shining star in global commerce and another symbol of how great the wider biking community is.

USHigh quality bike High quality bike, delivered mostly assembled. I bought the Continuum Onyx about 4 months ago and have been using it for my short commute to work (about 4 miles one way). I put a rear rack to use with a pannier bag. The assembly instruction videos on YouTube are mighty helpful.

USGreat customer service and bike! Christmas came around and I got a Priority Bicycle for my son. Living up north, we did not put it together until the Spring and found the front tire needed to be Trued. Priority customer service was helpful and prompt, allowing me to take the bike to my bike shop for service, which was quickly reimbursed. Thank you Priority for a great bike and customer service!
