We really enjoy our Priority Current bikes I purchased two Priority Current bikes though Costco online at an extremely low price given the features on the bikes. I added a bike racks and extended range batteries. I had dozens of questions, and Priority customer service answered all of them promptly (usually within 15 minutes)! The bikes arrived with no issues, like missing parts and all tools required for assembly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and there are video instructions online if needed. I was hesitant buying online, but Priority made it easy. The quality of the bikes is top notch and we really enjoy riding them.

Google didn’t lie… I researched the best beach bike before I chose priority. I joined the online community as well to ask questions. I received the bike in perfect condition. After bringing it to Ecuador and putting it together, I rode it on dirt roads, the beach, through mud, and all over. Such a comfortable ride. So lightweight and the 3 speed was just right for my needs. i’m so glad I trusted the google reviews and got it.

Best bike ever bought! I’ve had many bikes in my 64 years and this one is the best I’ve ever had. Sturdy, comfortable, simple, and fun. Definitely recommend Priority Bicycles. Ordered on a Saturday delivered on Monday.

I recently ordered fenders for my… I recently ordered fenders for my Gotham bike and came off as bit of an @ss. Lou helped to sort everything out and went above and beyond to prove to me that their customers and the Priority Bicycles experience means everything to them. If I had looked around before posting, I would have seen that fenders are expensive. Period. PB's costs are very much in line w/what is out there and truthfully - even with shipping costs they still fall in a very comparable price comparison if not cheaper. My nose was not rubbed into my ignorance at all. Lou quickly sought to sooth my nerves and address my concerns. I truly adore this bicycle community!

First new bike in 10 years This is my first time buying a bicycle in over a decade and I couldn’t be more pleased. Assembly was easy (I’ll probably still go to a local bike shop and have them dial it in for me but I’m way out of practice), delivery was fast, and customer service has been excellent. Upon arrival I did notice a small scratch and sent a pic to customer service they responded quickly and made it right. The bike itself is a classic plus Gotham and it is fantastic. I’m coming from an old 21 speed hybrid and this thing blows it away. The belt drive is super clean and the three gears suit my needs perfectly. It is comfortable and quick and the no maintenance aspect is great. The ride is comfortable and smooth while still responsive. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.
