GBI recently ordered fenders for my… I recently ordered fenders for my Gotham bike and came off as bit of an @ss. Lou helped to sort everything out and went above and beyond to prove to me that their customers and the Priority Bicycles experience means everything to them. If I had looked around before posting, I would have seen that fenders are expensive. Period. PB's costs are very much in line w/what is out there and truthfully - even with shipping costs they still fall in a very comparable price comparison if not cheaper. My nose was not rubbed into my ignorance at all. Lou quickly sought to sooth my nerves and address my concerns. I truly adore this bicycle community!

GBGreat E-bike Great company and customer service. Great E-bike ! We have two other E-bikes and this one is by far the best one we own. Love the belt drive and internal shifting. I had a slight issue with the bike and customer service was no less than amazing. I rate the bike a 10 and customer service a 12.

GBAttentive & Prompt response We just needed to purchase a kick stand. Priority Bicycles was quick to respond to our request and mail the kick stand. The kick stand arrived promptly. [This is especially important because the bike needing a kick stand replacement was located Kwajalein Island in the Marshall Islands]. Regular mail takes 3-6 weeks to arrive so it was for helpful that Priority sent this right away. Thanks.

GBGreat customer service and bike! Christmas came around and I got a Priority Bicycle for my son. Living up north, we did not put it together until the Spring and found the front tire needed to be Trued. Priority customer service was helpful and prompt, allowing me to take the bike to my bike shop for service, which was quickly reimbursed. Thank you Priority for a great bike and customer service!
