GBWe really enjoy our Priority Current bikes I purchased two Priority Current bikes though Costco online at an extremely low price given the features on the bikes. I added a bike racks and extended range batteries. I had dozens of questions, and Priority customer service answered all of them promptly (usually within 15 minutes)! The bikes arrived with no issues, like missing parts and all tools required for assembly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and there are video instructions online if needed. I was hesitant buying online, but Priority made it easy. The quality of the bikes is top notch and we really enjoy riding them.

GBGreat E-bike Great company and customer service. Great E-bike ! We have two other E-bikes and this one is by far the best one we own. Love the belt drive and internal shifting. I had a slight issue with the bike and customer service was no less than amazing. I rate the bike a 10 and customer service a 12.

CAI purchased a 600X I purchased a 600X, primarily to be able to ride in the winter months. It is just awesome. The gearing is perfect for up to 16% grades (probably more if I was in better shape!). I was a little disappointed with the customer service when I purchased the bike, and wanted to bring it into Canada. The costs were prohibitive and Priority need to find a better way to ship to Canada.

GBPriority Start 16“ and 20“ highly recommended This is the second starter bike from Priority after our son outgrew the first one. The first one (16“) still looks very good after two years riding it almost every day. Great bike for a decent price. Both times shipping was fast and assembly didn’t take longer than an hour. Can highly recommend the kids bikes.

GBThe people at Priority Bicycles are increddible Priority Bicycles not only has great products (bikes) but they are incredibly responsive. I placed an order with them and received a "right" mirror when I ordered a "left" mirror--I contacted them and them immediately corrected the error. Every transaction I've have with them has been incredibly good. Thanks, Priority!
