Exceptional Service Racquet replacement I cracked a Babolat racquet when it flew from my service motion on a beastly humid day- less than a year old. Tennis-point CSR communicated with Babolat & I got replacement racquet!! A few pics & 2 emails - MAGIC!

I just bought a $260 racquet… There was a price drop on a rather expensive racquet two days after I purchased it. I wrote to customer service not really expecting them to do anything, but just to let them know how I felt about it. They responded in fewer than 18 hours with a refund to match the new sale price.
