GBIt was very easy to do a return! It was very easy to do a return. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and professional. He sent me a shipping label to get the shoes back and then I was generous and gave me a discount on the shoes that I ordered in a different size. I shop at Tennis point often because of Cincinnati Pickleball club recommends you highly and so do I!

GBI just bought a $260 racquet… There was a price drop on a rather expensive racquet two days after I purchased it. I wrote to customer service not really expecting them to do anything, but just to let them know how I felt about it. They responded in fewer than 18 hours with a refund to match the new sale price. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend them.
