Awesome service!! We had a wonderful experience ordering my son’s scooter!! He changed his mind about which one he wanted….twice🤦‍♀️I emailed customer service to ask them about changing our order and they were extremely nice & patient with me!! We got everything on time & the order was just what we wanted despite the 2 changes🙌🏻 This will definitely be our go to scooter shop from here on out!

They were quick to respond to my inquiry and noted the email confirmation may have gone to my spam folder which I did find later.
